Primavera Unifier Senior Consultant

About the role

Auxai Technologies, a consulting firm focused on Oracle Applications and integrated PMIS solutions, is hiring a Primavera Unifier Senior Consultant. The consultant leads the design, configuration and implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions for enterprise-scale projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements and model business processes.
• Build Unifier modules, workflows, forms and reports to support project controls and PMIS needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate the solution with related applications.
• Conduct system testing and provide user training and post-implementation support.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and contribute to solution optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping and solution documentation for construction or capital projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Previous consulting experience and prior work in the Middle East or similar environments are considered beneficial.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier configuration and implementation, including business process design, forms, workflows and reporting.
• Experience with project controls and PMIS solutions, ideally Primavera P6, Risk Analysis and Aconex.
• Ability to work with Oracle ERP / Fusion Applications and integrate with MS SharePoint, Open Text and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in P6 Analytics, MS Report Builder (SSRS) and MS Power BI.
