Procedures Lead - Oil & Gas Operations

About the Role

Join a global leader in workforce solutions as a Procedures Lead, based in Doha, Qatar. Working directly with a major Oil & Gas player, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and safety by managing the lifecycle of technical procedures.

Main Missions

• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) procedures.
• Conduct associated technical assessments to ensure alignment with corporate assurance standards.
• Integrate industry best practices and international safety and engineering standards into all documentation.
• Support safe and efficient operations by providing high-quality procedural guidance.
• Ensure continuous improvement of procedural frameworks to mitigate operational risks.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in procedure development within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
• Strong understanding of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) workflows.
• Deep knowledge of international safety, engineering, and technical standards.
• Ability to work in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment for a major energy company.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail regarding technical compliance.
