About the role
The Analyst – Procurement supports Sidra Medicine by acquiring supplies and equipment in line with established policies, acting as a liaison between vendors, internal departments and end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and channel tendering documents for approval and manage category‑specific procurement approaches.
- Conduct market research, develop sourcing plans, and support technical and commercial evaluations of supplier offers.
- Maintain the item master, create and update purchase orders, and resolve delivery or payment issues.
- Participate in negotiations and high‑value or high‑risk procurements as directed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in a large, preferably healthcare, environment.
- Experience working with a well‑developed ERP system, preferably Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Relevant procurement or supply‑chain certification (e.g., CIPS).
