Procurement Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing and purchasing function for a multi‑brand wellness and lifestyle group operating in the hospitality sector. Reporting to the Operations Director/CEO, you will ensure high‑quality goods and services are obtained at best value while protecting premium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Group procurement strategy aligned with business growth and brand standards.
• Create and maintain a procurement roadmap covering fitness equipment, F&B, spa & wellness, facilities, maintenance, retail, IT, and professional services.
• Lead competitive sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and manage the full supplier lifecycle with clear KPIs and SLAs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment structures, and contractual obligations across all categories.
• Maintain a curated supplier register for Qatar and GCC markets, ensuring compliance with quality, sustainability, and performance standards.
• Monitor spend against contracts and budgets, escalating variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on budget planning, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee procurement for planned and reactive maintenance services and capital projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the hospitality, wellness, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with operations, finance, facilities, and external suppliers.
• Leadership experience managing a team of procurement and facilities professionals.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial contract management capabilities.
