Project Coordinator - Performance Evaluation

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Project Coordinator in Doha to provide administrative and office management support to the Manager of Performance Evaluation. The role covers planning, scheduling and coordination of departmental activities, reporting, and supporting performance evaluation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate departmental administrative activities and communicate key information on time.
• Resolve inquiries and issues for the Performance Evaluation office promptly and handle administrative details such as monitoring day-to-day operations.
• Participate in developing policies and procedures and oversee their compliance and implementation.
• Assist in preparing performance evaluation reports, satisfaction surveys and related reports, and develop and maintain departmental KPIs and dashboard metrics.
• Help prepare accreditation documents and assist in developing operational plans, action plans and progress reports.
• Monitor department reports for leadership meetings, track improvements and action plans, and help prepare the annual budget plan.
• Verify the accuracy of ERP-generated reports, update user manuals, and maintain documentation of the evaluation process.
• Prepare memos, emails and reports, coordinate meeting schedules, attend meetings, record minutes and distribute them.
• Collaborate with translators to translate correspondence and reports between Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Healthcare or a related field.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including at least one year with Oracle ERP PMS in the healthcare industry.
• At least one year of experience handling the performance appraisal process, including objective setting, quarterly feedback and self, upward and downward evaluations.
• Strong command of verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
