Project Manager, Data Privacy Programme

About the role

Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of Ooredoo FinTech International’s Data Privacy Programme, coordinating policy, process and technology workstreams to meet regulatory requirements and audit findings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated programme plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, resources, costs and actions.
• Coordinate delivery across Risk & Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology, Data Management, Operations and external suppliers.
• Run programme reviews, prepare concise progress reports for the sponsor and management committees, and ensure clear governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Align technology changes with programme objectives, regulatory requirements and control outcomes.
• Maintain evidence of completed actions and support closure of regulatory commitments and audit findings.

Required profile

• At least seven years of project management experience in banking, fintech or another regulated environment.
• Proven delivery of data privacy, data governance or regulatory compliance programmes across multiple functions.
• Experience with Qatar’s financial‑services environment or Qatar Central Bank requirements is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk handling and executive reporting skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Experience using project‑tracking tools.
