About the role

Espoir Psychiatric Center in Doha is seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join its multidisciplinary team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals seeking mental‑health support.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of mental‑health conditions.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management.
• Collaborate with psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Proven experience providing psychiatric and mental‑health services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathetic, patient‑centered approach.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
