About the role
Espoir Psychiatric Center in Doha is seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join its multidisciplinary team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals seeking mental‑health support.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of mental‑health conditions.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management.
- Collaborate with psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Proven experience providing psychiatric and mental‑health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathetic, patient‑centered approach.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
