QA/QC Manager – Construction Seawater Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for our seawater and RG injection header projects in Qatar. The role involves ensuring compliance with QatarEnergy requirements, project specifications, and international standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all QA/QC activities for RG Injection Header and seawater projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure work complies with QatarEnergy standards, project specifications, and relevant international codes.
• Manage inspections, testing, audits, and quality reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor project quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team to achieve project quality goals.
• Prepare and submit quality reports and maintain comprehensive quality records.
• Support project completion by ensuring all quality requirements are met before handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in major oil & gas or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience on RG Injection Header and seawater projects.
• Mandatory experience working on QatarEnergy projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced project environment.

Required skills
