QELNG-Approved PTW Receiver - Offshore Hook-Up Campaign

About the role

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is urgently hiring 1 QELNG-Approved PTW Receiver for the NFPS COMP 1 Offshore Hook-Up Campaign in Qatar. The selected person supports Permit to Work (PTW) activities and ensures compliance with project safety procedures and offshore operational requirements. The project is offshore, with a minimum duration of 6 months and an expected start date of 04 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify PTW documents before work commences.
• Ensure all required permits, approvals and supporting documents are in place.
• Coordinate with permit issuers, supervisors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with QELNG safety procedures and offshore project requirements.
• Verify that job-specific risk assessments and safety precautions are implemented.
• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with permit conditions.
• Attend toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.
• Close or suspend permits properly when work is completed or interrupted.
• Report unsafe conditions, permit violations and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate PTW records and documentation.

Required profile

• Valid QELNG Approval Card (mandatory).
• Valid BOSIET certificate (mandatory).
• Valid H2S certificate (mandatory).
• Valid OGUK medical certificate (mandatory).
• Valid OMF (mandatory, as per project requirements).
• RLIC gate pass preferred.
• Relevant experience as a PTW Receiver in offshore oil and gas projects.
• Availability to join by 04 October 2026 and willingness to work offshore in Qatar for at least 6 months.
