Quality Assurance / Quality Control Inspector (Civil & Architectural)

About the role

Redlink Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Civil QAQC Inspector in Lusail. The role ensures that civil and architectural works meet project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements, working closely with project managers, engineers, architects and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and verify materials and workmanship against drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Document non-conformities with clear corrective action plans and prepare inspection reports.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements and inspection test plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and contractors to implement QA/QC procedures and monitor compliance with local codes and client standards.
• Support approvals and handover documentation.
• Maintain quality records and take part in coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Civil engineering or architecture background with strong knowledge of construction practices, materials and local building codes.
• Experience in QA/QC inspections, including identifying and resolving non-conformities.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO-based quality management systems, safety standards and regulatory approval processes relevant to Qatar's construction and infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Technical documentation, reporting and use of CAD or BIM tools for reviewing plans and as-built records.
• Familiarity with Scan-to-BIM or geospatial data is an advantage.
• Strong site supervision and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients.
• Effective communication, attention to detail and problem-solving.
