About the role
FGRealty is seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to advise clients on property options, conduct viewings, and manage the full sales or leasing cycle from initial contact to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable properties and conduct property viewings.
- Maintain and update property listings, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
- Prepare documentation and reports, conduct market research, and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and high‑quality client service.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Doha for client meetings.
- Immediate availability and ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Sales experience including lead generation, prospect follow‑up, and closing deals.
- Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
