Real Estate Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Real Estate Manager to lead and grow our real‑estate portfolio in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and leasing, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the real‑estate division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales, leasing and overall business growth.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and investment properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, corporate clients and government entities.
• Lead and manage the sales and leasing team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, pricing analysis and competitor assessments.
• Negotiate sales, leasing and commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
• Manage property listings, client inquiries, viewings and closing processes.
• Identify new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Qatar market.
• Ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations and company policies.
• Prepare business reports, sales forecasts and market analysis for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in real‑estate sales, leasing or property management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Qatar real‑estate market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar property laws, leasing regulations and market trends.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
