Real Estate Property Consultant – Qatar

About the role

BRZH Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Property Consultant to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will leverage a strong local market knowledge and an established network to drive property sales and rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property sales, leasing, and rental transactions.
• Coordinate with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth handovers and ongoing relationships.
• Support property management activities, including maintenance coordination.
• Source new property inventory and expand the company’s listings.
• Conduct client follow‑ups and oversee rent and cheque collection processes.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Minimum of one year of real‑estate experience in Qatar.
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
• Existing network of clients, landlords, and property owners.
• Proven track record in property sales and rentals.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑based environment.
• Experience in property or asset management is a strong advantage.
