Real Estate Sales Agent (Qatar)

About the role

York Towers, the development arm of the York Holding Group and an exclusive developer of luxury real estate worldwide, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Qatar sales team. The role is on-site and full-time within the Sales Department, and involves guiding local and international clients through real estate investment opportunities in Georgia, with advice backed by market intelligence and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and investment needs assessment to property presentation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs on deal closures, sales volume and client acquisition.
• Deliver investment proposals with clear ROI, IRR, NPV and capital appreciation projections.
• Handle complex investor objections on market risk, financial returns and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the project portfolio, the competitive landscape and Georgian market trends.
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry and documentation of client interactions and sales activities.
• Follow cross-border transaction protocols and legal and compliance standards.
• Take part in training, coaching and performance feedback sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in direct sales or client advisory, ideally in real estate or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive, professional presentation style.
• Native Arabic (a must); English is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to explain investment metrics such as ROI, NPV and IRR to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

What we offer

• Expected salary of 4,000 to 5,000 QAR per month.
• Performance-based commission.
