Receiving Clerk – Hospitality Procurement

About the role

As a Receiving Clerk at a leading luxury hotel, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all goods and supplies arrive accurately and on time, supporting the seamless operation of the property and enhancing guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist procurement operations by researching prices, preparing purchase orders, and adhering to purchasing policies.
• Accept and verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications.
• Issue and deliver items to hotel departments, maintain stock levels, and alert supervisors of low inventory.
• Receive, scan, and process invoices, following up on any discrepancies to guarantee timely payment.
• Conduct routine inventory counts, input received merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages.
