Recruitment Officer – FM & Engineering Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to lead the hiring process for Facilities Management and Engineering positions. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for FM and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Utilise job portals, social media, professional networks and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Prepare and post accurate job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Conduct reference checks, manage offer letters and support onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce regular hiring reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably recruiting for Facilities Management and Engineering roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with local labour laws and recruitment regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Advanced sourcing techniques and use of recruitment platforms.
