Recruitment Officer – Hospitality & Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our hospitality and food & beverage operations in Doha. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, coordinate new‑employee induction, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and deliver employee induction and orientation programs.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and set recruitment priorities.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Schedule interviews, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate hiring activities.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and participate in recruitment events as required.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of recruitment experience in the hospitality or food & beverage sector.
• Proven track record of conducting employee induction and orientation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
