Regional Manager - Southwest Asia

About the role

IntrepidGS is looking for a Regional Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and contract management across its Southwest Asia portfolio, based in Qatar. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure service delivery, customer satisfaction, and contract performance for engineering, facilities and support services while supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at all Southwest Asia sites, ensuring schedules, performance standards and customer expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for government customers, maintaining strong relationships and proactively resolving issues.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare operations reports and flag risks or trends to senior leadership.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor performance, contract compliance and issue resolution.
• Strengthen local supply‑chain networks to guarantee timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Support staffing, scheduling and resource planning for engineering, facilities and support functions.
• Administer regional contracts and task orders, track scope, deliverables and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Assist the Director of Operations and business‑development team in identifying new market opportunities and preparing capture activities.

Required profile

• Finance or Engineering academic background.
• Hands‑on site leadership experience in a regional operating environment.
• Proven track record managing customer, vendor and supply‑chain relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑site setting.
