Regional Security Specialist – Middle East & Africa

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Security Specialist to lead security incident management, quality controls, and ACC3 prevalidation activities across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves close interaction with strategic accounts and on‑site assessments to strengthen our security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and analyse security incident reports from the global network.
• Conduct evidence‑based investigations, including on‑site fact‑finding missions, and produce root‑cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Support customer relationship management by delivering factual briefs and remediation overviews.
• Perform security audits, inspections and tests as part of the annual Quality Control Plan, focusing on high‑risk stations and expanding scope to physical security at outstations.
• Carry out unannounced inspections and ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
• Execute on‑site ACC3 prevalidation assessments for stations, identify gaps, recommend corrective actions and verify implementation before official validation.

Required profile

• Background in aviation security, corporate security, law enforcement or a related field.
• Experience in audits, investigations or compliance; air‑cargo experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with the capacity to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with EU aviation security regulations (ACC3, RA/KC) is an asset.
