Regional Senior Sales Executive – GCC – Beauty

About the role

The Regional Senior Sales Executive will drive sales, distribution and profitability for Ali Bin Ali Beauty across the GCC. You will act as a key commercial representative, building strong customer partnerships and ensuring brand standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and acquire new customers and distribution opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Manage existing accounts, providing high‑level service, resolving commercial issues and executing structured account plans.
• Achieve assigned sales, distribution and revenue targets through effective negotiation and execution of commercial agreements.
• Represent Ali Bin Ali Beauty brands professionally, supporting trade marketing initiatives and ensuring product visibility and merchandising standards.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform commercial decisions and support inventory and supply‑chain coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Beauty Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Wellness or Consumer Goods, with at least 3‑5 years in the GCC region.
• Proven track record in business development, account acquisition, distribution expansion and meeting sales targets.
• Experience managing relationships with retailers, department stores, pharmacies, salons, spas, clinics, hotels or distributors.
• Familiarity with premium, luxury, niche or professional beauty brands and ability to operate in a multi‑market environment.
