Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking fluent Croatian speakers to join a leading European travel‑tech platform as Remote Pre‑Sales Representatives. You will engage homeowners, introduce them to partnership opportunities, and guide them through the early qualification process for vacation‑rental management.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Accurately record lead information in CRM systems and update interaction logs.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for further follow‑up.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Required profile

• Fluent in Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable making both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a multicultural team.

• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
