About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist Associate to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position supports daily operations by entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems while following formatting standards.
• Verify entered information against source documents, correct errors, and flag unresolved discrepancies.
• Upload, label, categorize, and maintain digital documents and shared files.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, lists, and trackers; handle routine administrative requests.
• Track assigned tasks, update workflow trackers, and provide status updates.
• Communicate professionally via email, chat, and virtual meetings, and participate in team training.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Dependable work habits, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and reliable internet connection.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
