Reservation Agent

About the role

The Reservation Agent will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. Working in a fast‑paced, multi‑inclusive resort environment, you will ensure smooth reservation processes and deliver exceptional service from inquiry to arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and online booking requests, providing accurate information on room types, rates, availability and resort amenities.
• Process new reservations, cancellations and modifications using the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Handle special guest requests such as early check‑in, late check‑out or additional services, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Resolve reservation‑related concerns or complaints professionally and courteously.
• Maintain up‑to‑date booking records, send confirmation messages and pre‑arrival instructions to guests.
• Follow up on no‑shows, cancellations and inquiries to optimise occupancy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business or a related field is advantageous.
• Previous experience in front office, hospitality or reservations is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using hotel reservation and booking software.
• Knowledge of hotel services, room categories and resort amenities.
