Reservation Supervisor

About the role

The Reservation Supervisor will lead daily reservation operations for a multi‑branded hotel complex in Doha, ensuring accurate handling of booking enquiries and supporting the hotel’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Reservations Agents to meet service and performance targets.
• Manage individual, corporate, group and long‑stay reservations, including amendments, cancellations and booking documentation.
• Monitor room availability, rates, inventory and booking conditions, coordinating with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Front Office and Finance.
• Support revenue generation through upselling, booking conversion and approved pricing strategies.
• Prepare reservation reports, track booking trends and ensure compliance with Accor standards and data protection requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel reservations experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
