Reservations Agent Intern

About the role

You are part of the story behind every memorable stay. At MGallery Alwadi Hotel Doha, each property offers a unique sense of place, and as a Reservations Agent Intern you help create meaningful guest experiences from the very first interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in handling room reservations, inquiries, and booking requests professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to guest calls, emails, and reservation inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and services.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate booking records for the Reservations team.
• Process booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and follow up on pending bookings.
• Promote hotel facilities, room upgrades, packages, and additional services where appropriate.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in reservations, front office, or guest services is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and reservation procedures.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn hotel reservation systems.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
