Residences Lounge Supervisor

About the role

The Residences Lounge Supervisor ensures the delivery of Rosewood Doha’s brand standards within the residences lounge, providing exceptional food and beverage service to residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Implement brand, food and beverage, and service standards while maintaining par stocks and overseeing cash handling procedures.
• Seat guests, take orders, serve and clear tables, compute bills, and act as cashier when required.
• Assist the Residences Butler team, support event planning for residents, and train team members on SOPs.
• Conduct resident check‑ins and check‑outs and produce daily closing reports.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Rosewood policies, hygiene, health and safety regulations, and brand integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other outlets and departments, modelling company culture and values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
• Cash handling and basic accounting verification skills.
