Restaurant Manager – Chinese Cuisine

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of its Chinese restaurant. You will ensure an authentic, high‑quality guest experience while upholding the brand’s service ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house and kitchen activities, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Chinese cuisine standards.
• Train, motivate and schedule staff, managing attendance for peak periods, banquets and special events.
• Coordinate with chefs, wok station cooks and dim sum chefs to guarantee timely preparation of appetizers, soups, noodles, rice dishes, stir‑fries, seafood, barbecue items and desserts.
• Monitor hygiene, safety and cleanliness in line with local regulations and proper handling of fresh Chinese ingredients.
• Control inventory, stock levels and ordering of authentic Chinese ingredients, minimizing waste.
• Drive sales through Chinese‑themed promotions, seasonal specialties, banquet packages and upselling initiatives.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, preserving relationships and traditional hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial targets and cultural presentation standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in a Chinese dining environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for authentic Chinese hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced dining setting.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and local health regulations.
• Financial awareness including budgeting, cost control, inventory management and revenue optimisation.
