Restaurant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in West Bay, Doha. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance while fostering a positive guest and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar and room‑service areas.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with kitchen teams.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with food‑handling, sanitation and local liquor laws.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver coaching programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage daily operations and meet financial targets.
