Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations in West Bay, Doha. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high sanitation standards, and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations, ensuring service and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with menu planning and oversee food and beverage presentation.
• Manage staffing levels, schedule employees and cover duties during peak periods.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and strive to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food‑handling and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, coach staff and maintain high standards of guest service.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, sanitation practices and liquor regulations.
