Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations in West Bay, Doha. This full‑time position ensures high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance while leading a diverse team during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar and room‑service areas, stepping in on the floor as needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in compliance with local health and liquor regulations.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules and training to meet guest service goals and financial targets.
• Develop and implement menu planning initiatives and cost‑control measures.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members to foster a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or an associate degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, food‑handling procedures and local liquor laws.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
