Restaurant Manager – West Bay, Doha

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in West Bay, Doha. This role ensures high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance while fostering a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service, cleanliness and food‑safety standards across all dining venues.
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service goals and financial targets.
• Lead the food‑and‑beverage team through coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, local liquor laws and food‑handling regulations.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control and cost‑control initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and lead a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, liquor regulations and financial performance metrics.
