About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Doha, Qatar, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff and manage shift schedules.
- Interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
- Coordinate with other team members to guarantee smooth operational flow.
Required profile
- Strong supervisory abilities and experience leading a restaurant team.
- Proven customer service expertise and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations and best practices.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
