RMX Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive sales of Ready‑Mix Concrete (RMX) and Value Added Products (VAP) across assigned accounts, building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships across assigned market segments.
• Drive sales of RMX and VAP, seeking solution‑based opportunities.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities to meet targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within guidelines and secure orders.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings and project pipelines, sharing market intelligence.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, technical, quality and other teams to ensure effective service and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and activity records.
• Support customer retention, collections and profitable growth, working with Credit Control on outstanding payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in Ready‑Mix Concrete, construction or building materials, with strong knowledge of the Qatar market.
• Experience selling Value Added Products or solution‑based construction products is an advantage.
