Rooms Division Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a proactive Rooms Division Manager to lead the daily operations of all rooms‑related departments. You will ensure seamless service delivery, drive guest satisfaction, and support the hotel’s financial objectives across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Wellness to guarantee efficient operations.
• Implement strategies to maximise room revenue, occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise department supervisors and team leaders, maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, taking proactive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, packages and guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and resource optimisation.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally.
• Foster a positive, teamwork‑oriented work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel Rooms Division.
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Understanding of revenue management principles is an advantage.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Guest‑centric problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hotel management systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
