Sales and Service Executive – Boom Breaker

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Service Executive for our Boom Breaker product line. The role combines sales growth, dealer network development and technical after‑sales support for mining, quarry, construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Boom Breakers and related attachments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct customer visits, equipment inspections and application studies.
  • Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, negotiate orders and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Support the manager in appointing and developing dealers/sub‑dealers, train their sales and service teams and monitor performance.
  • Provide installation, commissioning and operational training at customer sites, diagnose hydraulic, mechanical and structural issues and coordinate warranty claims.
  • Promote spare parts, service contracts, rebuild programmes and annual maintenance agreements to drive aftermarket revenue.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships with mine owners, contractors and project customers and ensure timely resolution of service complaints.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales of heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
  • Technical background enabling troubleshooting of hydraulic, mechanical and structural components.
  • Ability to develop and manage dealer networks and conduct training sessions.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel to customer sites.
