About the role

The Sales Assistant will join SkillFits.com’s sales team in Doha, Qatar, providing essential administrative and customer‑facing support. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth daily operations, accurate record‑keeping, and timely communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and CRM updates.
• Prepare sales materials, proposals, and product demonstration schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist in booking meetings.
• Coordinate information flow with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery of sales assets.
• Support basic sales reporting and contribute to the preparation of sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills for effective client interaction.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of sales processes and lead management.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
