Sales Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service. You will work on the shop floor, assisting shoppers, promoting our loyalty program, and ensuring a welcoming retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, card, voucher and automatic debit payments accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, store SOPs and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge and ability to suggest complementary items.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Strong awareness of store security and loss‑prevention practices.
