Sales Associate (Retail)

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand inside the store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will work closely with the store manager and assistant manager to maintain a welcoming environment and ensure operational standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, maintain store security, and protect sales data confidentiality.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as required.

• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to uphold brand image.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts and peak‑season hours.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge across all brand lines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
