Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to join Shifra (an Inforte Company) in Qatar. The role focuses on driving cybersecurity solution sales through partner and reseller networks across the Middle East and Africa, building pipelines and ensuring successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with partners, resellers and system integrators.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual goals.
• Provide accurate forecasts and regular business reports.
• Represent Shifra at events, partner activities and roadshows.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales/account management.
• Engineering degree (Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field).
• Proven track record in channel sales (resellers, SIs, distributors or vendor experience).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel across multiple countries in the region.
• Independent, driven and capable of managing a regional territory.
