Sales Executive (Gym Membership & Wellness)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive membership sales and promote fitness services at our gym. You will engage with prospective members, showcase our facilities, and build lasting client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs.
  • Engage walk‑in clients, leads and prospects, converting them into members.
  • Conduct tours of the gym, explaining facilities, services and membership options.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, outreach activities and events to attract new members.
  • Record leads, sales activities and follow‑ups accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with fitness trainers and operations staff to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Stay informed about fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
  • Passion for health, fitness and helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Physically fit with a neat, athletic appearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
