Sales Executive

About the role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, driving revenue through effective advertising sales, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate campaigns from proposal to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of all products, pricing, and associated costs.
- Identify and qualify new prospects through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
- Consult with clients to understand advertising needs, budget constraints, and target audiences.
- Design, coordinate, and manage advertising campaigns for direct clients or agencies.
- Prepare and submit proposals, budgets, and close sales efficiently.
- Address client inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction and confidence.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow market share and resolve client issues.
- Maintain accurate sales databases and generate required reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2–5 years of account or project management experience, preferably in media, advertising, or events.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, persistent negotiator with strong initiative.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid private/light vehicle driving licence held for at least two years.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
