About the role
The Sales Executive will acquire new customers for a range of financial products, using consultative sales techniques and cold‑calling. The role involves managing applications, providing customer service, and meeting sales targets in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire potential customers through meetings, cold calls and networking, presenting a variety of financial products.
- Process applications, explain product features, fees, terms and conditions, and ensure compliance.
- Handle inbound sales leads with a high close rate and generate referrals to open new accounts.
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets while adhering to company policies.
- Provide world‑class service for card payments, reward points, limit upgrades and dispute resolution.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, deliver presentations, proposals and promotions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in Qatar, preferably banking.
- Valid driving license.
