About the role
The company, a leading technology solutions and services provider in Qatar, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales, grow strategic accounts, and expand market presence across the country. This senior role focuses on selling end‑to‑end IT solutions to enterprise and government clients.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow key enterprise and government accounts, building trusted C‑level relationships.
- Lead large, multi‑solution opportunities from strategy through to close.
- Sell comprehensive solutions including IT infrastructure, data‑centre, cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, networking, and managed services.
- Align customer expectations with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, operations, and partner teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Required profile
- Proven success in a sales leadership role within an IT systems integrator or technology services provider.
- Strong enterprise IT sales background with a track record of exceeding revenue and KPI targets.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to closing complex, high‑value deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Native Arabic speaker.
