Scaffolding Supervisor – Shutdown/Turnaround

About the role
The company is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffold operations during shutdown and turnaround projects at petrochemical/oil & gas plants in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Manage shutdown/turnaround (TA) permits and ensure compliance with PTW Level 1 procedures.
- Oversee scaffolding installation, inspection, and dismantling in line with SCAFFTAG system standards.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma with at least 10 years total experience, including 5 years in shutdown projects.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and plot plans.
Required skills
- Permit Management and PTW Level 1 knowledge.
- Scaffolding operations expertise and familiarity with the SCAFFTAG system.
- Fluent English communication.
