About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Secretary / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support while handling customer inquiries in both Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to customer questions professionally.
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain filing systems and assist with day‑to‑day office operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Hold a transferable visa.
- Available to start immediately.
- Previous experience in secretarial work, customer service, telesales or sales is preferred.
