Senior Advertising Associate (Qatarization)

About the role

QNB is seeking a Senior Advertising Associate to lead the coordination between its business units and external advertising agencies. The role focuses on managing media schedules across TV, print, online and social platforms while supporting the Group’s communications strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between internal business units and advertising agencies.
• Manage media schedules for television, newspapers, magazines, online and social media campaigns.
• Implement and monitor advertising budgets in line with the Group’s communications strategy.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the advertising function.
• Promote cost‑efficiency and productivity while adhering to delegated authority.
• Identify and maintain relationships with key advertising agencies and media partners.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and provide timely data to auditors, compliance and risk teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience liaising with business units and advertising agencies.
• Strong background in media schedule management across multiple channels.
• Experience in budgeting, KPI development and performance monitoring.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of compliance, audit and risk reporting requirements.
