Senior AI Governance & Privacy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Governance & Privacy Manager to lead the operationalisation of AI ethics frameworks and manage generative AI risks across the enterprise. The role ensures alignment with global and regional data protection regulations while embedding responsible AI practices into product lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor AI governance policies based on NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act.
• Oversee privacy‑by‑design initiatives using differential privacy, k‑anonymity, homomorphic encryption and data masking techniques.
• Evaluate AI models with tools such as AI Fairness 360, Giskard or Fiddler to detect bias and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance on LLM architecture security, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) safeguards and prompt‑injection mitigation.
• Collaborate with legal, risk and engineering teams to address regulatory inquiries and audit findings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data privacy, risk management or regulatory compliance.
• Professional certifications: IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
• Proven ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable technical controls.
