Senior Analyst – Corporate Development (Business Transformation)

About the role

The position sits within the Corporate Development Office of a leading Qatar‑based diversified investment holding group. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the role drives enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives and transformation programmes across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of group‑wide corporate strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, financial models and strategic evaluation frameworks.
• Lead enterprise transformation programmes across infrastructure, property, hospitality, healthcare, financial services and business services.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and performance assessments.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and value‑creation levers.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisory partners.
• Track strategic initiatives, monitor progress and support governance frameworks.
• Assist change‑management and implementation of cross‑functional transformation programmes.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of professional experience, preferably with a Big 4 or top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Strong background in corporate strategy, business transformation, operating model design and value‑creation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transformation initiatives and advise senior leadership.
• Experience in GCC/MENA markets and exposure to diversified holding groups or conglomerates.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
