Senior Business Analyst – Onsite in Qatar

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join Shipbee’s team in Doha, Qatar on a three‑month contract. You will work on shipping‑related data challenges in the Middle East, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and support market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify process optimisation opportunities.
• Develop data‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create dashboards and reports to drive KPI improvements.
• Produce project documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories.
• Write product backlogs and manage user stories in Azure DevOps.
• Lead sprint design sessions with development teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
